Our story
Lemongrass Thai started with a single goal: cook the dishes we grew up with, the way our family makes them. No shortcuts, no shelf-stable shortcuts — just lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, and chilies pounded fresh.
Today we’re proud to feed our Livermore neighbors lunch and dinner, six days a week. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, we’re glad you’re here.
